Below you will find descriptions of the hotels we plan to use for the Heart of Europe Tour. Some of the descriptions were taken from the Official Hotel & Resort Guide. Others were taken from the brochures of the individual hotels. Rooms in all our hotels have a telephone and private bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower or bathtub. Image Tours, Inc. reserves the right to substitute similar hotels for any reason and without prior notice. The Overnight Schedule, which will be included in your Trip Documents Packet, will list the names, addresses, and telephone/fax numbers for the exact hotels on your tour.

Hotel Leusden - Leusden, The Netherlands
Located in the center of The Netherlands and 35 miles east of Amsterdam, the Hotel Leusden features a beautiful lobby, the inviting Grand Cafe/Bar and a spacious restaurant overlooking a terrace. The hotel has five floors and two elevators. The rooms have cable TV and a personal safe.

Eurotel - Lanaken, Belgium
Located near the Dutch border, this first-class hotel features a cozy restaurant, an old-fashioned tea room and a cafe/bar. The rooms all have television. For a small fee, guests may make use of the swimming pool, sauna, and fitness rooms.

Hotel Wartburg Mannheim - Mannheim, Germany
Located in the heart of Mannheim, a city at the confluence of the Rhine and Neckar Rivers. Pedestrian shopping zone is only minutes away. 150 comfortably furnished rooms, cozy lounge area, hotel bar, and elevator.

Hotel Augusta - Mannheim, Germany
A 106 room hotel in the center of Mannheim. All rooms are equipped with separate bath or shower, hair drier, radio, pay-TV, telephone, and mini-bar. Restaurant and American bar.

Alpenhof Ringhotel - Augsburg, Germany
A modern, comfortable hotel located on the edge of Augsburg. This hotel has an elevator, specialty restaurant, indoor swimming pool, sauna, lounge area with fire place, and a game room. All rooms have television and radio.

Hotel Gasthof Purner - Thaur bei Innsbruck, Austria (near Innsbruck)
A traditional, family-run Austrian chalet situated amidst spectacular Tyrolean mountain scenery. All of the rooms have color TV. Hotel also has an elevator, restaurant, spa, bar, and terrace.

Heiligkreuz - Hall in Tirol, Austria (near Innsbruck)
This hotel is also located just outside Innsbruck. It has an elevator, inviting lobby, house bar, and a restaurant featuring Tyrolean specialties. The rooms have satellite television. The grounds have a meadow, outdoor chess and bocce ball games.

Montresor Hotel Tower - Bussolengo, Italy
This 4-star hotel is located in Bussolengo, Italy just north of Verona. It has 144 air-conditioned and recently renovated rooms with satellite TV, mini-bar, safe box, and fax. Other features include a restaurant, elevator, room service, and a bank.

Hotel Krone - Giswil, Switzerland
A family-owned hotel located in the peaceful village of Giswil, just south of Lucerne. This is a superior tourist class hotel with elevator, sauna, restaurant, bar, and terrace. Rooms have radio and TV.

Alpenrosli Hotel - Giswil, Switzerland
A family-run hotel in quiet Giswil, central Switzerland. All rooms have radio and television. The hotel has an elevator, bar, indoor swimming pool, sauna, solarium, and bowling alley.

Le Gambetta Hotel - St. Dizier, France
Traditional hotel with 63 rooms. The hotel has an elevator, typical French restaurant, relaxing bar, and cozy lounge. Located in the center of St. Dizier, this town is situated at the meeting point of three famous French wine regions: Champagne, Alsace-Lorraine, and Burgundy.

Hotel Paris La Villette - Paris, France
260-room hotel located in the north of Paris. Rooms have air conditioning, satellite television, video, minibar, and a view over the Cite des Sciences. The hotel has an elevator, grill and buffet restaurants, and a cocktail bar.
